Is shipping free?
Yes, on orders of $75 or more. Smaller orders have a flat $6.25 shipping fee, which you'll see in your cart before checkout.
Can I order from different departments together?
Absolutely. Everything goes into one cart, so you check out just once.
How quickly do orders ship?
Physical items usually ship within 1–3 business days, and we email tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
How do I receive software or an eGift card?
Digital products are emailed as codes to the address you enter at checkout. If you can't find yours, check your spam or promotions folder, then get in touch.
What can I return?
Most unused physical items within 30 days of delivery. Delivered digital codes and opened personal care, supplement or pet food products are final sale. Our Return & Refund Policy has the full details.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Call or email us as soon as you can.
